OUR STORY

Built out of frustration with a broken translation process.

Wyatt HoneycuttFounder & CEO

I'm Wyatt Honeycutt. When I married my wife in Brazil, her city had exactly one certified translator that we were legally forced to use — and over the course of our paperwork, that translator botched my translations twice. We had no other option but to keep going back.

After returning to the United States, I began assembling our USCIS immigration file — birth records, marriage records, civil documents, the works. I paid a small fortune for translations I could have done myself, and waited weeks each time. Every delay pushed our case further out.

Honeycutt Translations was born out of that frustration. With my experience as a freelance translator, I built a small, vetted team of professional translators across the languages USCIS statistically sees most often — focused on one thing: fast, accurate, certified translations prepared specifically for U.S. immigration filings.

We exist so the next family in line doesn't have to pay too much, wait too long, or pray their translator got it right.

VALUE

Accuracy first

We translate every word, stamp and signature — no summaries, no shortcuts.

VALUE

USCIS literacy

We understand immigration filings, not just translation.

VALUE

Human service

Real translators answer your emails, every time.

OUR TEAM

A vetted network of professional translators — and always growing.

Every translator on our team is personally vetted by our founder — credentials verified, sample translations reviewed, and USCIS formatting standards drilled before a single client document ever reaches their desk.

As demand grows, so does our bench. We're continuously onboarding qualified linguists across new language pairs so that no matter what language your document is in, it lands with a translator who knows the language and the federal standard it has to meet.

Federal standard
