Your privacy rights

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) and similar U.S. state privacy laws.

Honeycutt Translations does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never have. Translation work is paid for directly by you and we have no incentive — or ability — to monetize your documents.

We use a single analytics tool (Google Analytics) to understand traffic patterns. By default, analytics cookies are disabled until you accept them via our cookie banner. You can change that choice at any time using the link in the site footer.

If you are a California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, or other U.S. state resident with privacy rights and you would like us to:

  • Confirm what personal information we hold about you,
  • Send you a copy of that information,
  • Delete your information from our systems,
  • Correct inaccurate information, or
  • Opt out of any future sale or sharing,

email honeycutttranslations@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. You may also authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf — we may ask for written proof of that authorization.

For more detail on what we collect, how long we keep it, and how it is protected, see our Privacy Policy.
